Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Roxie’s Place respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected through this pre-opening website and related forms, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information we may collect

When you voluntarily submit a form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, optional phone number, communication consent, business name, website or social-media information, partnership interest, products or services, proposed terms, and any message you choose to provide.

How information may be used

We may use submitted information to send requested opening updates, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential supplier, consignment, sponsor, advertising, or cross-promotion relationships, maintain records of consent, improve the website, and protect the site against misuse or fraud.

Third-party service providers

Roxie’s Place currently uses Tally to collect certain form submissions and Vercel to host the website. Information submitted through a Tally form is processed through Tally’s systems and is also subject to Tally’s own privacy practices. Website hosting and technical request data may be processed by Vercel as part of providing hosting services.

Email and phone communications

VIP signup is intended for email opening updates. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in promotional SMS. If SMS marketing is added later, separate consent will be requested where required.

Cookies and analytics

The current Roxie’s Place website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. Third-party services embedded or linked from the site may use their own necessary technologies under their respective policies.

Sale of personal information

Roxie’s Place does not sell personal information submitted through its forms for money.

Data retention and security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, business records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable steps are taken to limit unnecessary public exposure of personal information.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using any unsubscribe method provided in those messages. You may also request correction or deletion of information by contacting Roxie’s Place through the website’s current contact or inquiry form once available.

Children

This website and its business inquiry forms are not directed to children under 13, and Roxie’s Place does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the business, website, forms, payment systems, or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when material updates are made.
